At Skin Bunny, we work hard to get your skincare to you as quickly as possible. Here's everything you need to know about our deliveries.
Processing & Dispatch
All orders are picked, packed, and dispatched from our UK warehouse within 24–48 hours of being placed. Please note, orders are processed on working days only (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays).

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email notification with your tracking details. You can monitor the progress of your delivery at any time via our shipping partner's portal, or log in to your account to see the latest updates.
International Customers — Customs & Import Duties
If you're ordering from outside the United Kingdom, please be aware that import duties and taxes may be incurred once your order reaches its destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in your order total. We recommend contacting your local customs authority for further information on costs and procedures.
Please also note that UK consumer protection laws may not apply to international orders, and parcels may be inspected at customs on arrival.
Failed or Delayed Deliveries
In the unlikely event that your order has not been delivered within 30 days of your dispatch confirmation, please contact us and we will work to resolve this for you as quickly as possible.
